How does TempSure Envi™ work?

As our bodies age, they lose the ability to generate collagen quickly causing our skin to lose elasticity. This leads to the formation of fine lines and wrinkles. By delivering gentle radiofrequency heat to your skin, TempSure Envi™ increases your skin’s temperature for a defined amount of time. This heat triggers the body’s natural collagen production response. The resulting collagen fibers generated through the treatment are tighter and denser, leaving you with radiant, youthful skin.

What can I Expect During Treatments?

When you come in for your consultation at Envision Eye Care, we will discuss your aesthetic goals and create a custom treatment plan for you. During a face-only treatment, you will experience a gentle warming sensation around the target area(s). During a body-only treatment, you will experience gentle warming and massage sensations around the target area(s). After the treatment, there is usually only a slight amount of redness on the skin, which quickly subsides.

Treatments last about 30-60 minutes, depending on the area being treated. There is no downtime, allowing you to return to your normal activities immediately!

The ICON IPL™ is a state-of-the-art laser technology that is used to treat a multitude of skin conditions such as age spots, hyperpigmentation, and other skin imperfections. Interestingly, this advanced laser treatment can address many skin issues that cannot be corrected with more invasive procedures with no downtime or discomfort.

How does the Cynosure ICON™ IPL Work?

The ICON IPL™ delivers controlled laser energy into the deeper skin layer where inevitable signs of aging begin. This in turn speeds up the production of collagen, thereby accelerating skin cell renewal. The process causes healthy skin cells to replace old skin cells, resulting in radiant, younger-looking skin.

What can i Expect with Cynosure Icon™?

When you finally decided to have the procedure, you will need to adhere to pre-treatment instructions to ensure optimal results. You will be advised to avoid prolonged sun exposure and tanning creams on the areas needing treatment. During the procedure, a gel will be applied to the area and you will be required to wear eye shields for protection. Due to the minimally invasive nature of Cynosure Icon laser treatment, the procedure is usually painless and no bandages or anesthesia are necessary. Most patients report a warm sensation as the handpiece touches the treatment area. Since the procedure has no downtime, you can immediately resume work and daily activities.
